Outside the back of the canteen again, with a few more people on the photo. Can't remember why we did this. We had school milk just about all the way through school in those days (1968?). It came in 1/3 pint bottles. Towrds the end I think milk cartons were just coming in. This photo was probably taken at morning break. Lower forms would have the crates of milk delivered to their form room and then out to play. Sixth form optionally could go to the canteen.
Ah, and here are the guys to have around if there was any chance of any trouble! John was as strong as an Ox! Beer was not provided by the school but lower taxes meant that is was affordable.
